At long last, the final episodes (or are they?) of Yellowstone season five are here.
Season five, part two—also called Season 5B—premieres tonight on Paramount Network at 8 p.m. eastern, and on CBS at 10 p.m. eastern. There will be six total episodes in part two, and if we assume they drop weekly, here’s our best guess at the Yellowstone season five, part two episode release schedule.
As a note, since it’s a continuation of Yellowstone season five that aired in 2022 and 2023, the episode numbers reflect that:
- Episode 9, “Desire is All You Need”: Sunday, November 10, 2024
- Episode 10, “The Apocalypse of Change”: Sunday, November 17, 2204
- Episode 11: Sunday, November 24, 2024
- Episode 12: Sunday, December 1, 2024
- Episode 13: Sunday, December 8, 2024
- Episode 14 (season finale): Sunday, December 15, 2024
The six episodes will be eventually streaming on Peacock, but for now, they are available to purchase on Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV+.
“The fans are going to get the [best] conclusion that could possibly be written,” star Ian Bohen told ET earlier this year. “Everything will land in a way that is perfectly set. A lot of shows just kind of finish… and they don’t satisfy you.
This will be completed in a way that it will make sense.” He added, “I don’t know that any show has finished this strongly ever. We’re expecting to have the best series finale in history. Overconfident maybe, but I think that’s what it’s going to be. We thank everyone for their patience… It’ll be worth the wait, I promise.”
If this is the end of Yellowstone, the universe of the show continues to expand: 1923, the prequel starring Helen Mirren and Harrison Ford, has a second season in the works, and Taylor Sheridan is also working on another prequel titled 1944.
There’s also a show called The Madison in the works, but it’s as yet unclear if it’s set in the same world as Yellowstone.
