General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that with Chad Duell exiting the soap, and no plans to recast Michael Corinthos, there’s sure to be an explosive twist when it comes to the character leaving the canvas.

As fans know, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) is pregnant with Michael’s baby, and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) is his wife and mother to his two other children. Could Michael’s exit catapult a love triangle between Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and the two women?

GH spoilers remind fans Jason is set to move into the Q mansion to be closer to son, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn).

Still, this not only means making new memories with Danny and helping guide him in Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) absense, but he’ll also get to know both Sasha and Willow better, too.

Jason and Sasha have somewhat gotten to know each other, thanks to him rescuing her from Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). He’s also got to know Willow a little bit while she helped nurse him back to health when he initially returned to the show earlier this year.

But could he end falling for either of these women (or vice versa), as all three will be in close quarters?

GH Spoilers – The Truth About Drew Quartermaine Is Exposed

The truth about Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) doing the deed with both Willow and her mom Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is bound to come out, which will totally turn off Willow.

This opens the door for her to potentially lean on someone else in light of Michael’s exit. Plus, with her husband possibly leaving from a “presumed death”, she’ll feel guilty.

There’s nothing Jason loves more than playing the hero, so in an effort to protect and support Michael’s wife could these two get closer? (There’s also nothing Willow loves more than to be rescued, so she may feel some sparks on her own).

There’s also the question about Sasha and the potential chemistry between her and Jason. But could things get messy when he finds himself falling for both women?
